Select the category of your registration first and let us know the number of delegates who will be attending from your organization. Everyone attending from your organization including pastors, adults, children, youth, chaperones, congress faculty, and staff must be part of your delegate count.
All National Congress faculty, dean’s staff or other congress staff must register with a church paying the minimal registration fee of $575 (i.e., a Category 1 or above church).
You'll be required to enter information for the organization with which you will be attending. Only one group registration should be completed per organization.
You'll be required to enter the delegate name, email, and class selection for every delegate attending with your organization. Some classes have an associated cost which will have to be paid at the time of registering your delegates. Please refer to the Course Book for more details about classes.
Begin Step 1 of the registration process by choosing the corresponding registration category for your organization, select the number of delegates who will be attending your organization, and click Continue.
Don't know the details of everyone attending with your organization? Secure their spot now by using the "Skip Details Now" option at Step 3 in order to complete their registration details at a later date.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be granted to pre-registered churches. However, those churches unable to attend the Congress due to unforeseen circumstances may be given credit on next year’s Congress registration only minus a 10% handling charge. Requests for credit must be sent to the Registration Office and no later than July 7, 2019. No partial credit will be given to churches failing to send the total number of delegates pre-registered.
